A young girl can get pregnant if she is ovulating. I worked with a baby that was born to a 11 year old, it was a case of incest. A girl can get pregnant before she even has her first peirod, since you ovulate about 2 weeks before you have a period.

There is no minimum age for pregnancy..If you are getting your menstral then you just like any other woman can become pregnant..My sister is friends with a girl that got raped by her stepfather when she was 11. She became pregnant, and delivered a healthy baby girl.. The stepfather is in Jail, and the mother was charged with allowing this to happen, but has since been cleared of any and all charges.. I am pretty sure there is probably someone out there younger then this that has given birth or atleast become pregnant. I just know of this girl, and her age...

This is such a childish question that I can only assume you are a young kid. There is no "government mandated" age to be pregnant. If you become pregnant under age 16, authorities have the right to investigate who got you pregnant since you shouldn't be having sex at that age, particularly not with someone who is older. Technically, most girls can become pregnant shortly after their first menstrual periods. But when it comes to the cost, anxiety, sacrifice and time it takes to raise a baby, as far as I'm concerned, 35 is barely old enough.

A girl can get pregnant as soon as she gets her period and begins ovulating. Typically, that's 12 or 13 years of age. In some cases, though, girls have been known to start their periods as young as 9, so going by the "period" answer is not always correct, assuming that you're talking about a pregnancy where the baby is carried to term.
Now to have a HEALTHY pregnancy, you have to be old enough physically and emotionally to do what is necessary, i.e. eat the right foods, avoid stress, seek regular medical attention, etc.
So, basically, being old enough to get pregnant is one thing. Being old enough to have a healthy pregnancy is another.

I don't think there is a 'minimum Age' unless you mean to healthily have a baby.. Otherwise, anyone who has or is about to get their period can get pregnant.

What do you mean, minimum age? As long as a female is having a period, she can get pregnant.
But if you are 12 then that is not a good idea.
Wait until you are financially set. Period.

Anytime after you've started your period, you can get pregnant. It's not about age, it's about your body's physical maturity. Some girls get their periods as early as 9, so they could get pregnant at 9.

There really is not an age... whenever you start your period is when you can get pregnant. Good luck and best of health to you!

Whenever you get your period, whatever age that is.
When is the recommended age? When you are old enough to have an education, are able to financially support the baby, and when you're mature enough to handle it.
