You are right, strawberry makes the best homemade....you gotta start with an awesome vanilla base, then just add frozen strawberries w/ light syrup

and for all of you novice soda jerks out there, use heavy cream, you won't be sorry, it makes all the difference-

Memorial day weekend. We made chocolate and vanilla in a wooden hand crank barrel. It was great.
