can I sign up for a paypal account without a credit card?

I dont have a credit card, but I want to sign up. Is it possible to sign up, make a few sales on ebay, get my account balance up, and then use that to buy? Let me know. Thanks

If you have a debit card you could set one up and the get verified by pay-pal and they will allow you to add funds or spend funds you have already acquired hope this helps

No.. You need the credit card. That is what makes the process simple. There is a way to do it by giving them (paypal) your bankng information. You would have to call them for that (not recommended)
