not me, but.... my first boyfriend had a birthmark on his penis that looked like a fist giving a thumbs up... i swear its true!

I have a triangle shape Birthmark on my hip, three small dots so funny my bf has connected them with a sharpie once or twice while I slept , Now if I could only get him to color inside the lines;)

Nesquik I have birthmark in the perfect shape of a butterfly on the small of my back, but it looks like a bruise, and when I was a kid, and even now sometimes if it shows, people think someone hurt me. I've come to accept it.

well it's not a funny birthmark but rather strange. i've had it since i was a baby and it's sort of like a bruise on my left arm. it fades as i get older.

I have a few interesting moles, if they count: one on my earlobe right where an earring would be, and two on my penis that make it look tile a BFG9000.
The only real birthmark I have would be one that looks like coffee, but that's boring.

Not really. I have a slight discolorization on the back of my right calf. Nothing serious though.
