If it's occasional, it sounds like you have a belt that needs to be tightened. Don't resort to belt dressings (they don't work). Many cheaper quality belts tend to stretch after a bit.

Loose belt or bad tensioner.

A/C clutch going out, or your belt not tight enough

Dry bearing.
