i have to stop, the fun i would have and all these possibilities are getting me excited.

I wouldn't recommend it. They might be waitnig for you to do just that so they can report it stolen and have you arrested. Neighbors can be so cruel.
you should call the cops and have the car impounded.

Well, considering it is the fourth of July and no government offices are open, I would say no because when you get arrested you won't be arraigned until tomorrow and you will miss the fireworks.

They can report it stolen & you get busted for grand theft auto,,then they can park there all the time.Tell them to move the car or risk it getting towed.

No, but you can do like they do in my neighborhood, go through the inside and trash anything not bolted down. That's what happens here.
