When you go to auditions you see hundreds/thousands of people looking exactly the same, and each one of them has this weird blind hope, of making it, and even people who don't live in nyc/california live their lives out like they're famous or big shots. Then we have other countries combined.
I mean it's one thing to have fun and just enjoy life, but why do so many people get involved in something SO petty to begin with?
Don't they realize that it's all staged, and set up and pre-planned. It's a farce. The "lifestyle" money/shopping/fans that go along with it are just a stupid ego trip; but it takes real people to run the studios/shows/stories/ and manufacture the clothes/cars, etc. But no, no one's interested in THAT. Y are people avoiding reality?
Don't people realize that they're basically being duped? B/C once they buy into this, they spend their whole lives, and paychecks living up and competing.
It's business/marketing, and I guess successful since it pulls in so many.

People are SO brainwashed/conformist that just b/c someone is walking around with a Gucci/Coach/Chanel bag and some nicer clothes, they automatically think they're better than you. They can be dumb, off the street prostitutes, but they're now better and will act like total snobs, b/c of the clothes they wear.
Don't people realize that the real stars are the people who create/market and profit from SELLING you these clothes?
You're not the star, you're just the person being duped and raped of your own self worth, so you buy into someone elses money making scheme.
Are people really this dumb?

I agree. The true stars are the ones who doesn't need to front for recognition. They're naturally and unavoidably recognized for their work and achievements.

Real stars don't judge people by what they wear. Real stars go virtually unnoticed in society.
