my husband worked for 20 hrs yesterday had 3 hours of loud sleep..He got up and returned to work this morning bright and early 7.I told he he was a idiot cause you could see he was overly tired and I was afraid he was gonna kill someone or himself driving a hour to work.

I drive for Dhl, and i see people like him all the time. They think that they are driving when in fact they are sleep driving. I have to deal with it everyday. Maybe you might ask him whats on his mind, because it sounds to me like he is worried about something. Or maybe he has just never learned how to calm down and relax, after a hard day of working. Hope that helps.
