'Sull'aria'- Susanna and the Countess' duet from Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro (famously sung by Renee Fleming and Cecilia Bartolli at the Met, also featured in 'Shawshank Redemption')
'Deh, con te, con te li prendi' - Norma and Adalgisa's Act II duet, from Vincenzo Bellini's Norma (sung by Grace Bumbry and Shirley Verrett in London)
'Fu La Sorte Dell'armi A' Tuoi Funesta '- Amneris and Aida's b*tchfight duet from Verdi's Aida, Act II
There should be some sweet ones from Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte, since it features two sisters.

It's act two in Norma - Mira, o Norma. My version has Joan Sutherland and Marilyn Horne as Norma and Adalgisa. Sutherland's voice is absolutely stunning but in some spots, Horne's is even better.
I''ll brook no "thumbs down" on this, I'm speaking ex cathedra here.
