Yes, my wife & I were best friends first. I think that's why we get along so well, not only do we truly love each other, but we really like each other, too. I'd rather hang out with her than anyone else. I can totally be myself and feel relaxed & peaceful with her.So, I recommend getting to know someone as friends first. That way you really get to know someone pretty quickly.
