Yes, for example. My cat purring in my ear, a smile from someone you pass on the street, that feeling you get when you did well on a test, the hug you get from a friend, a song that is simply peaceful, that song that makes you jump up and want to dance, looking into the eyes of the one you love and feeling their love for you, dancing, it is free, material things can give you short pleasure but the free things feel so much better and long lasting. Love, it is usually free, the unending love we get from our mother, the sun in the sky, the trees in the park, or hills, the greeness of the grass, the feel of the grass on your toes, a mud bath, swimming laps, raindrops on your nose, walking and feeling the breeze on your skin, the smell of roses, the feeling of grattitude you get from your boss, or coworkers, those are the most lasting free rewards of life, some would argue they are not free but I think they are.

I beleave so I think that the best things in life are love and happiness money cant buy either.... but to borrow a quote from some guy who said it.... money can not buy happiness but it can certinally buy a nice yacht ( sorry about the spelling if its wrong) to pull right up along side of it.

So I guess it depends what in life you are looking for. I think that after you have your bills paid and a place to live yes the best in life is free but if you are worried about the bills and have no food and no shelter.. then you can not enjoy the best things in life.

Just because you cannot place a monetary value on something doesn't mean that it is free. Happiness, family, relationships, etc all require work, time and effort. So I would say no, the best things in life aren't free, they just can't be bought with cash or a credit card.

No, to obtain the best things in life we have to fight for them, work for them and sacrifice for them. The reward being "the best thing". It has nothing to do with money. It's funny to see how many people see the word "free" and automatically assume money.

umm, "sxc girl steph" money isnt the best thing in life. No, the best thing in life (happienes, love, family etc.) may not cost money. That can be confused with "free" I guess, but they all make you sacrafice. nothing in life truley comes at no cost.

i would say no, for while you dont pay for them with money, you do in other ways, also, some of the worst things in life, hate, disease etc, you are not directly charged for, yet they also are not free, you pay the price
