Most men get tired of shaving at some time in their life. You can shave your face which will keep the grey from showing. You could have your face waxed, ouch!!! You could pluck out the grey hairs, ouch! You could have electrolysis, ouch and expensive. You can dye the beard with male beard hair dyes. You could go to a Salon and have your beard dyed as needed. Or you could just accept the fact that there are grey hairs in your beard and soon, if not already, you will be turning grey on the top and bottom of your body like any other male.

Old at 29? Cut the few hairs and if more come out, they only solution is hair dye. Can't do anything to stop it. Hopefully you won't allow stress to cause you to get more. Good luck! I wish I was 29 lol.

My husband is a bearded 74 and people are always remarking how young he looks - He uses "Just For Men" Beard colouring!
Shaving isn't an option - his beard is very curly and growing it was the only cure for painful ingrowing hairs and rashes.

Is there premature grey in your family?
If it is genetic, then you are doomed to be grey prematurely.

I have often thought that for some people (not all) , premature greying hair can be due to a vitamin based deficiency. You see, a few years ago, I brewed kombucha tea(made out of a type of fungus) and one of its side effects on a relative was that her grey hair started to reverse color slowly back to its original.Since this tea takes time and effort to brew, she stopped making it and the color of her hair returned to grey. Next step was coloring which was not such a bad idea since it is cheap, does not take too much effort, and there is more variety.

Go to a natural food store and ask for suggestions. Be careful not to listen to too much sales talk or the trip will get too expensive.

Just For Men (made by Mennen)

You're going to have to color it with the above product. It only takes 5 minutes. I feel for you. My beard has red, blond, brown, and white in it and the white is all on one side.

I think white hair in a mans beard makes him look sexy and sophisticated.I'd say leave it alone.
