Make a highlight tape of yourself and send it to them while also asking for a tryout.
If you just show up, you will be shown the door.

You should have come in the draft. If not, some teams have open tryouts. If you have seen Invincible, that's what they do.

Unless you played and were known in college, your best bet will probably be to approach either the arena league or the canadian league. Then work your way up to the nfl.
