The Brewers suprisingly. I don't believe the bullpen can hold for the ChiCubs. They've had too many close calls and are waaaaay too up and down. They may win 7 games in a row, but it's the 6 game losing streaks that will be their downfall. The Brewers have been more consistant and the only rookie on their offense(Braun) is tearing the cover off the ball. Gallardo another rookie has had only one bad start. One great one was against the Cubs.
In summary:Brewers probably about 6.5 games.

At the start of the season I picked Milwaukee& Chicago 1&2 in the NLC. I ruled out St Louis because of their pitching being somewhat suspect. The loss of Chris Carpenter was the nail in their coffin. His return will be to little to late,A.Reyes may be a 20 game loser his season, He's half way there already. Houston,Pittsburgh,Cincinnati finish. The Brewers will hold off the Cubs, but not more than by 3 games
