I don't just have one best friend, I have several. I'm very close to all of them. The one I've known the longest, I don't get to see as often. But when we do, we still have a great time together. We know we may not be best friends forever, because she's going away to college in the fall, and I'm staying here for school, but we can enjoy the time we spend together, and if we eventually lose touch somewhere down the road (although I really hope we don't), I'll always remember the great things we did together and all the fun we had.

We've been best friends since we were 8 years old, we're very close even though sometimes we don't get to see each other for months at a time because of school and other obligations when we get together its like we just saw each other yesterday. Yes we will be best friends for life. Why - because we are two of a kind.

My so-called best friend just send me an email saying she doesn't want to be my friend because I don't agree with her having sex with her boyfriend (she's 14).
Mind, this is after almost five years of us being friends. And I thought we were super-tight. We talked about everything and everyone even though she lived far away.
So screw that. I don't think anyone is meant to be best friends for "life and forever". That's what I thought, and it ruined the friendship.
I don't know why you asked this--maybe you're having best friend issues--but the point is to have a lot of friends that aren't "best". That was my mistake (I didn't.) Not just one friend you trust your life on.

My bestfriend and i have been friends for about 9 years, we share almost everything and always have a lot of fun together, we are inseperable. Even though we have our disagreements we tell each other everything and i think we will be best friends for a really long time, because friendship like that doesnt just end.

Me and my friend are like cousins. I don't think we are going to be best friends forever because she will be going to a different middle school, always busy, and is moving in a few years.

My parents have known my best friends mom b4 any of us were even born. She lives in the same building as I do and even go to the same middle school. We made a big promise dat no matter wat we'll be best friends forever. We even went to Disney world together and have crushes on the same guys.
lols I love her to death and I can tell her EVERYTHING that goes on!

very close, that when we were in college, during summer vacation, she always stays in my boarding house even if she has her own.
