All Human populations are Homo sapiens. Here are some links that show our Phylogeny (evolutionary tree) and you'll see that for now Homo sapiens is the end of the line. In other words that is what we all are!

As you can see the route to getting to us, and the timings of each evolutionary change can differ based on who is hypothesizing our route from the archaeological/DNA evidence. But there are also some similarities as evidence continually makes the picture more clear. The fact that we are all Homo sapiens is one of the few true constants between diagrams!

We are Homo Sapiens. We are descendants of the Hominids. Additionally, we all came out of Africa.

Actually, race is an artificially constructed category, formalized through colonization. Race served as a justification of the myth that the colonists were Superior.
It has unfortunate repercussions to this day throughout world systems including modern medicine.

I included one link from the American Anthropologists Association. There are so many others.

If you choose to explore this further, you might look into physical or biological anthropology.

The fact that some people developed different characteristics to adapt to various environments has been incorrectly conceived as race.

Descendants of Homo sapiens? I believe modern humans *are* Homo sapiens, and yes, all of us.

Ummm ... we aren't "descendants" of Homo sapiens. We ARE Homo sapiens. All of us. The concept of human "races" is biologically flawed.

No, humans have many races from which Homo Sapiens represents just one of them. I like to entertain an idea that humans were already living here in there present or even a more evolved form when Homo sapiens came to being.

There's no such thing as race. No one with any brain would think that all members of any geographical or linguistic group were identically wise or unwise. There are wise people and idiots in every geographic and linguistic group; in every culture.
