I just got a violation for the following Question? WTF is wrong with this? (I will probably be banned now as I just sent a rude e-mail to Y! Answers customer care....lol)
Deleted Question: Poll: Why do people with no sense of humour feel compelled to....?

Question Details: I really dont get this, why people with absolutly no sence of humour, feel compelled to answer questions? I mean what happened to the sense of fun? It really irritates me when I read answers from these people who just cant take a joke and feel they have to point this out..... I mean if you dont like the question, dont read it dont answer it.... sit and be misrable on your own......? Does it annoy anyone else?

I dont think I am going to bother on here anymore!!!!

Funnily enough I received a violation notice for answering your question in the negative and I also suggested that you may like to change your avatar(which I see you have) I just thought the Thonged one(typical) was a knockout and that the one you had at the time was too squashed.
Was it you that reported me? - no matter as yahoo operates on a politically (in)correct way all of it's own.

And just to suck up a bit I like the new avatar!

Please do not give up your Q/A we all go through it...blessxx

I know exactly what you mean. I feel your pain. I've found myself thinking "I can't post that because some kiss @ss troll will report me in a heartbeat" and so it's not nearly the fun that it was once upon a time. After they deleted my level 7 account, I came back and, for awhile, they deleted every account I created even if I'd done absolutely nothing wrong. It was just the name "Fyre & Reign" I guess. Now, I've even had to create a "back up" account in case they delete my account so, this way, I don't lose all my contacts. I think of quitting but, then, I think about some of my wonderful contacts and how I would have never met them if it wasn't for YaHELL so I come back. Don't let the feckers get you down. Everytime an intelligent and creative person quits in disgust, the trolls win a victory so we can't let them do that anymore.

Evidently, you have a Troll or Hater that has picked your question at Random. You can appeal the Violation and I would say you have a good chance of getting your points back. Don't let them run you off. You have a right to participate here just like everyone else.

Go to Answers Forum, then click on Appeal a Violation Notice -or- use the link below:

Don't go Hun,
I got two violations yesterday,
I posted a question and it didn't appear in P&A so I posted it again & again, anyway in the end I had posted the same Question 4 times and it still didn't apear. You could see it in my profile, well I lost 20 points for that and then got 2 violations.
I tell you i was well anoyed yesterday but i'm over it now!
so don't go you would be missed :-)

So on the one hand you're telling people not to answer questions they don't like but you are ranting and raving instead of just moving on and trying to ythink of questions which amuse you and won't get you a violation, I agree some decissions are stupid though.

i know exactly what you mean, i kept getting them for some of my jokes, some of which were harmless, plus one they didn't post but got a violation on it anyway
aswell as they don't post some of them
and to really feck me off when already stopped posting jokes, i answered a joke a couple of days ago, another user instead of answering the joke attacked me, i had last laugh as i got best answer, but as really annoyed i emailed the person to clarify but to probably no avail

awwwwwwww, don't give up! I have been through 17+ accounts in a years time...and really have not figured out what is up Yahoos as*s either...but what the hell, I just keep plugging on!
They have changed how you get into yahoo games also, I think they are mass changing their site trying to fight the true 'spammers' but us little guys get caught in the crossfire. They probably do not have the man power to check each 'report' and have it set on 'TERMINATE...TERMINATE' LOL
Just my viewpoint on it all :)

The whole idea of a system like this is to mix the ideas and thoughts of a whole spectrum of people together. That includes those who don't share your sense of humor, and those who take life to different degrees of responsibility.

I speculate it had something to do with your 'Sit and be miserable on your own' statement. That isn't asking a question; it is complaining/whining about other peoples natures.

it used to, for only a few minutes, then I think/thought...."Hell no, I'll go when I'M good and ready!" I'm not going to let a troll or 3 spoil the fun, coz then they have won.
I'm gussing you hit a nerve with 'someone'...hence the consequence...
