This is such an odd collection of schools that I'm wondering where you got your information! Notre Dame is a private (Catholic) school - good, but extremely expensive and in a small town in the middle of the country. UC Berkeley is probably the most prestigious and elite public university in the country, primarily known for its graduate schools. CSU Long Beach is a pretty standard second- or third-tier public university. It isn't bad, but neither is it in a league with either of the other two schools.

I am assuming given your question about what to take that you are looking at undergraduate programs. In that case, look at business schools to see if they have a major in real estate. I know that many do. You need one with an undergraduate program, though (Berkeley doesn't have an undergraduate business program at all).

As to your question about scholarships and financial aid, in most cases, you would have to bring that with you from your own country. Unless you offer something incredible to the school that they can't get from a domestic student, most schools give priority to U.S. students when allocating their own money. International students are appreciated when they come with their own money (some governments have programs to send students abroad to study; we have a number of international students who are sponsored by their own governments), but things like U.S. government loans are not available to them. In general, it is easier for an international student to get into a graduate program in the U.S. with financial aid (for example, most doctoral students get a full stipend, and many of these are international students) than for them to get into an undergraduate program.

That is a pretty random collection of schools, and I'm going to assume you're talking about THE Notre Dame in Indiana (IN), not some small school that may exist in Idaho. Long Beach really isn't in a league with the other two, both of which have top 10 business schools. ND has a decent architecture program, but I believe the top one is at Cincinnati which doesn't have anywhere near the overall academic profile of the other two schools. Unless you live in California, both Cal and Notre Dame are going to be pretty expensive, although if you truly can't afford a lot, expect a good amount of financial aid. If you want an expert to explain things to you, you need to get in touch with the university. Just look up their websites and go from there.
