The tank is full, but there is almost no water in the bowl. It flushes perfectly fine. This toilet is not used as much as the others in the house, but it is used. Is this a problem? Is it something I can fix easily?

Depends on the kind of the toilet, but I assume you used to have water there before so it must be an s-fold pipe kind of toilet. If there is no water now...I believe one of these 2 things happened: 1 there is a hole/crack in the first section (the one you can see) 2 there is a leak on the other side (the part you dont see) In both cases...I hope the the toilet is at the first floor...cause its possible water is draining down the walls...hopefully not downstairs.

Could be a crack in the bowl leaking the water. If possible, check from underneath for wet spots. Could also be a clogged ventline. Pour a bucket of water into the bowl to get the water to the proper level (any excess will drain out). Then while someone watches the bowl, have someone flush the other toilet. If the water level goes down or bubbles, it's a clogged vent. The vent is the pipe that goes out through the roof. It can be cleared with a garden hose after removing anything you can by hand.

This is an easy repair. At the bottom of your tank is a round rubber seal that moves up and down when the toilet is flushed. It's called a flapper valve. They need to be replaced now and then. Unhook it, find an identical one at the hardware store, and install the new one. Should solve the problem. It's also possible that you have a tank leak, but you would have noticed standing water, so I'm assuming that's not your problem.

You may have a clogged bowl refill tube. Replace that tube and it should fix your problem..
