Bush's wire taps make it impossible to activate our terrorist cells in your country. The Patriot act as well is not good for us and we want our fellow Jihadists to be tried as regular American's (Not as Enemy Combatants in Cuba) so they can get off scott free and come. Worst of all we can't be two places at once. We need you to get out of Iraq so we can use the terrorists there to fight you on your own soil. Since 9/11, the evil Bush has made that impossible. We have hit Spain, London, Bali and others but cannnot strike the heart of the devil.
Hillary and B. Hussein Osama, if elected, will make this easier for us to do. We will send money to these candidates. They get elected. You get redistributed income & entitlements on behalf of Rich republicans and we get access to your country. It's a win win situation. Where do send our our money? The Democratic National Commitee?

Actually, the only thing that's really prevented any further terrorist attacks on American soil is international cooperation and the sharing of intelligence. One excellent example were the foiled attacks on airliners in Britain.
Homeland security, as a federal department, has not really improved communications among the CIA, FBI and NSA nearly as much as it needs to - rather, made the entire affair a more bloated federal process.
Meanwhile, most of our defense funds go to the war in Iraq, rather than towards further security infrastructure at home. Another president would (a) be more palatable to our international intelligence partners (although, granted, the Europeans often cooperate just the same, despite their complaints), and (b) free up defense resources and manpower by shifting strategy in Iraq, and removing our soldiers from that suicide-bomber factory that was once a contained threat.
Not to mention, we would have a President with enough clout and support to actually pass legislation, and not merely veto that which he does not support.
The one thing I'll give you is the illegal wiretapping. It is hard to argue the practical elements. Still, another President might have accomplished the same by other means (or at least not have gotten caught).
