If you are connecting with ethernet you really don't need any drivers for it just configure it for your ISP. You can login using your web browser at http://192.168.1.1
username admin
password admin
(unless you have changed them)

If you mean the USB drivers you should have the CD. but here are the windows drivers

You install it outside of the computer.there is a plug that connects to the Computer on the modem.
