Does it matter if a Pokemon goes up more than 1 level at a time?

In diamond/pearl, if a pokemon was to level up, say 2 levels, after one fight, would its stats be affected badly in any way i.e. it not being as powerful as if it went up 1 level at a time?

that is great it is the same as 1 lv up but it doubles stat raise

perfectly fine i lv up 7 lvls some times

I don't think it matters that it went up 2 levels or more.

Nope, it's the same as if it did the 2 levels separately! :]
