Pro choice
Pro gay marriage
Against capital punishment
Against Iraq War
Way agaist in exporting democracy all of a sudden in Iraq
Against centers to torture people
Pro immigration reform bill(We should be helping the immigrants become citizens, not trying to keep immigrants out)
Completely against church involved in state
Hate Georege Bush
I love the Daily Show and Colbert Report. Jon Stewart is hilarious, and it's so funny to watch Stephen Colbert mock Bill O'Reilly.

I don't consider myself completely liberal, but here goes.
1. Against it whenever it can be avoided. Contraception is easily available. People have to take responsibility for their actions. If it has to be done -- and there had better be a really good reason, like the mother's health or a serious fetal deformity -- do it before the fetus can feel pain, and do it as a last resort, after all other options have been exhausted, including adoption. It should never be used solely as a form of birth control.
2. If two people want to commit themselves to each other, I don't see how that's a bad thing.
3. Some people deserve it, but I don't support it. I'd rather see tougher sentencing guidelines and fewer chances for parole.
4. Never was for it. I saw it was a sham from the beginning.
5. It's not our job to be the world's cop. You can't force democracy on people. It's contradictory. Besides, if we were really so interested in exporting democracy, we'd be staring down a lot of terrible dictatorships around the world right now.
6. It's an embarrassment to international human-rights laws.
7. No amnesty for illegals. Go through the legal routes of citizenship like anyone else. And learn English.
8. I'm with the Founding Fathers. Be religious all you want, but keep your religion out of government.
9. Voted for him in 2000 as what I thought was the lesser of two evils. Reluctantly supported him up through 9/11, before he and the neocons started raping the Constitution and launching illegal invasions. Now, I can't wait for his term to end and for America to begin restoring its damaged stature in the world community.
10. Funny comedians. Don't watch them much.

Abortion: pro choice; this is no business of the state.
Gay marriage: opposed, but only to preserve the meaning of the word. Civil unions are okay.
Capital punishment: in favor. McVeigh earned it.
Iraq war: for. Better to fight the bad guys there than here.
Democracy: in favor. Democratic regimes do not make war on their neighbors.
GITMO: what would you do with the people now there who are there because they shoot at Americans?
Immigration bill: yes.
Church involved in state: like you, opposed.
Bush: a mixed bag. The tax cuts have been a spectacular success, having brought in an extra trillion dollars and fostered the highest employment and lowest unemployment in history. The Social Security reform plan is long overdue.
Stewart and Colbert: I haven't a clue.
This is just a precis, of course; one could discuss any of these topics at length.

I'm liberal in a lot of beliefs but registered independent. But here are mine.
*abortion (prochoice)
*gay marriage (for it)
*capital punishment (for it)
*iraq war (pointless just like vietnam. but media coverage is ridiculous and so inaccurate. and troops will never leave just like they never left Korean but no one cares about that)
*exporting democracy (no--why cant they be free to chose like we did)
*GITMO (keep it)
*immigration reform (I'm completely against illegal immigrates but the bill it's pointless and covered in pork. has nothing to do wtih immigration anymore. but illegal is criminal to me, and most aren't even trying to be citizens--they just want free privledges. However I do think it should be easier to become a citizen b/c there are some people who have been trying for decades waiting on paperwork. thats completely different)
*church involved (against it--but I'm atheist and I think the country was founded on freedom against religion)
*president bush (no different than the crap both parties have been running for us. If Kerry or Bush is the best choice we can be given we need a 3rd party)
*jon stewart (outrageously awesome)
You left out
*gun control (laws are stupid. criminals are the ones with the guns anyway--making it illegal will just make them more a criminal which when you are in the middle of a crime you don't really care about one additional charge)
*euthanasia (for it. it should be individuals choice)

All but the last, hon - I don't give a rip about either of those two fellows - but then, that's 'cause I'm a guy. I'm also a veteran of the US Armed Forces (Vietnam) and agree completely with your first nine statements.

I agree with most.
I am for the death penalty. You kill a child or a cop and you should die. I don't want to support those people.
Immigration. I am for complete amnesty. Give them a SS# and collect taxes. This country was founded on immigrants.
On all other issues I agree 100%.

(Pro death penalty)
(Against the war)
(Hates democracy)
(Hates immagration) to his country
( wants no seperation of church and state)
( Hates John Stewart and Colbert THEY exercise freedom of speach another thing he hates)
So the Bottom line is YOU are a GOOD American you disagree with the terrorist ON all issues accept the WAR.
Isnt it Ironic that the People that are PRO war agree with the terrorists on EVERY OTHER ISSUE. Accept what religion.
