ideas on what picture to take?

i have a photography assignment to complete within 5 days. the title is ''male''. i have to take pictures which shows male. anything that can portray male. so i really hope u guys can help me and give me some ideas on what to shoot because i am really out of idea. thank you so much. i apprediate it. =)

Look at any man you know, the things he does and likes that you would not, and take photos of those.
Some rather male hobbies are:
Cars, fishing, woodworking, holding the remote while staring at the TV, football, baseball and so on.

An other look at male is taking photos of male animals, birds often show differences clearly, there are bulls, stallions, and of course male pets.
Depending on what your teachers would expect and how the local sensibilities are you can take or avoid the parts showing they are male.

How about following one boy of man, and taking pictures of whatever they are looking at, taking the man in the picture too, (best ask before, as some man will react rather badly to being followed.)

You have to shoot only the male and not the female. Do I have this right?? That is very very strange. What grade level are you in? Just shoot pictures of men doing anything, at a car wash, the produce manager at the store, a neighbor. Lots of males in the grocery store. This sure sounds weird to me.

Ask yourself, What makes a man a man. Is it sports? Is it work? Is it ??? Go to those places and see what you find to shoot. Don't go with a preconcieved idea of what the photo will be. Just put yourself in a good spot. look around and say, Is that manly? The picture will find you. (zen sorta idea)

Odd, No one has mentioned fathers here, 'cause that's the first thing I think when I think male. Fathers interacting with children/wives/grandparents. City parks, picnics, baseball games, girls/boys playing on teams, Men working...carpenters, plumbers, office workers, public transportation, families going to place of worship, dining.Soldiers, playing in the street, individual sports, reading in the library.

Not necessary for person to be looking at you. Capture essence, emotion, thoughtfulness...love, caring, sharing.

Who's the man that you most admire in your life? List things that you like to do with him. Your memories of good times. Pictures are snapshots of special moments or memories.

I can picture (in my mind) my dad and I sitting in his car eating a cookie and drinking a soft drink, my dad at one end of the crossbow saw and me at the other, dad on the roof and me handing him nails and roofing, dad using the tiller and me raking the soil, dad holding a sleeping grandchild, dad taking us to church/mountains for a picnic, dad sitting at a table with us eating, dad taking me for a ride to help heal a hurt, dad letting me help him feed the chickens, dad lighting up with a smile when I come to visit.

Dad never talked much, and we never had a lot of money. He worked, earned a living and took care of his family, above all we Knew we were loved. So I guess my definition of Male is my dad.

He was my role model for all men, he wasn't loud, boastful or wasteful, he put his family first

A good Male is Not afraid to be a responsible adult. There is a growth process:, baby, toddler, adolescent, teen, young man, caring adult, attractive life partner, loving father, caring grandfather. The older male is supposed to be the role model for the younger males. And don't forget...little girls will look for-or avoid- the qualities they see in the most influential male of their lives.

Money, occupation, things aren't important...the love, caring, sharing are.

get a fat guy, have him wear sloppy old clothes and have him sittng in front of the tv with a huge bowl of chips and the remote in his hand. Lol. Just thought it would be funny.
