if you kill ralph, the next pet will be able to smell the death of him in the house and then it will start to plot your downfall, animals are tricky like that, they sense things that humans have long forgotten about. So what you need to do is take lil' ralphie on a nice long walk out in the park around lunch time, when the old people feed the birds, and then look at him dead in the eye, and say " fat camp didn't work, your time in the dryer failed, and now you do this............ you know what's next ralphie old boy, you gonna sleep with the birdies" if he doesn't start begging good enough then to save his own life, let the good feathers have at him. *that will also leave your home death scent free*

It's not really advisable as your girlfriend could get jealous of the centipede's many legs...this is a common problem with trying to cage girls and insects together and could result in agression.

Another risk of course is that they will mate and you will create a monster. Good luck in your relationship...

I keep my ferret Nigel in the same cage as Mrs El Domingo, apart from the smell which he has learned to tolerate there have been no problems.

If it`s a very small cage they may get a bit aggressive with each other so you have to think about who would come off worse in a fight and take precautions.

It's perfectly acceptable. How considerate of you to think of your girlfriend and her need for a companion in her cage.
