why are some persons buying up all the trac phones they can get and what are they doing with them?

at local stores in my community some individuals are buying up all the trac phones they can get their hands on. one had a trunck full of phones and was trying to buy more. some stores are limiting the number they can buy to 2. they don't buy minutes just phones.

They are probably buying them cheap and selling them for a profit on ebay.

they must be getting them for friends or family so they all have the same..they are really cheap phones!
