The tiny electric shocks that cause the nerves to send signals to the brain to feel pain, nervousness, excitement, etc. I'd say that really gets on my nerves.

1) When someone calls you, and when you answer the phone you can hear them talking to someone else. WTF! If they didn't want to talk to you, why in the world did they call you?
2) I work in a hotel, and when the clients arrive I'll tell them where the elevator/lift is, what floor their room is on, what time breakfast is at, etc. Then after 2 seconds, they'll ask, "So, what floor is the room on? Is there an elevator?", etc. It gets to be really annoying after awhile.
3) When someone eats only junk food or eats like a pig, then complains they are fat. Yeah, I wonder why?
Trust me, there are more....LOL.

People who don't take a hint, when you are trying not to be rude and then ending up being rude to them b/c they didn't take the hint and now you feel bad and upset for them being so out of touch and shouldn't they of read your mind. Jk!
