I guess you are talking about solutions and pH.
Well Ksp means solubility product constant and its apply for solutions. The way to gett Ksp is the following
3a+b--> c+2d
Ksp= [d]^2*[c]
It is only about the products, it has nothing to do with the reactants, not like Ka=[c][d]/[a]^2[b]...
Ksp is usefull to calculate concentratios, but it gets very complicated when you talk about charges... fell free to ask more

Ksp is defined as the solubility product constant. It is basically the product of the two equilibrium concentrations of each constituent ion of the formula. Then it is raised to the power corresponding to the number of ions in the formula.
