Me I'm a little old fashioned maybe, but I'd go for matching polka shoes, or black classy open shoes. With a little heel. I hate white shoes, but that's just me. lol

If the polka dots are small, try a pop color sandal, and a matching bag.
If the polka dots are bigger, try a silver or white sandal
here are ideas:

for the pop color

I agree with the previous answer. White short heels sandals,
and if you are daring, atop each sandal put a small flower made of the dress fabric. It would look smashing.

I actually have a matching gown. I wore it to a occasion with a pair of crimson vinyl, pointed ft pumps with a spiked heel. It grow to be great alluring!! you need to placed on crimson peep toe pumps too. as long as they seem to be a stable crimson without a development, it will seem great. i admire crimson footwear with something that has black and white polka dots!
