I have heard this and even Woody has intimated things about his childhood in interviews.This would prove to be very interesting if true when one considers that Oliver Stone,who often directs Woody Harrelson, also directed JFK and Charles Harrelson has always been a suspect in Kennedy's murder.

Woody Harrelson's father was tried for murdering I believe it was a judge. Anyway he was sent to prison for life and I believe he recently passed away there. Woody spent a lot of money on trying to free his father from prison.

Woody Harrelson's father was sadly enough, a common thug. He had no part in a conspiracy against President Kennedy if for no other reason than there was no elaborate conspiracy involved in the assassination.
