Does anybody know the name of the weed that looks like a creeping jade?

It is a creeping weed that looks like a jade with fairly thick stems. The stems are kinda flesh colored/pinkish. It covers ground really fast and is the bane of my garden.

Hun, it's edible! Pull what you don't want, and save a spot (Boarded in) for eating and toss it in a salad, place it as a replacement for lettuce on a sandwich or hamburger. It's delish!
