wearing one of my favourite long skirts today but the elastic is pretty much gone and so it keeps slipping down. hasn't actually fallen off yet but i don't think it'll be long before the elastic goes completely! so, how can i keep it from causing me embarrassment today?

Can you staple or glue to yourself
Sorry thats not goign to help is it, try a safty pin and pulling the waist tight and pining it

I would pick out a belt that goes nicely with the skirt and wear it quite tightly. It will look good as an accessory and also keep it from falling down :D

If it has belt loops, wear a cute belt! If it doesn't, then you can easily cut some small belt loops in there so that the belt will go through! Make sure it is a skinny but noticable belt! Becuase seriously, you dont wanna safety pin it! Wear a cute belt!

Wear a belt to prevent your sirt from falling down, or you could use a safty pin, or you could buy a new skirt... Or you could sew some new elastic into it yourself!

Tie lots of rubber bands together and sew it where the elastic used to be. Fold some material over the rubber bands so they wont show.

A belt over it or through the loops either looks nice and belts are in at the moment so you can show it of and it will stay up!

Get hold of a safety pin or two, and but it through the waistband of the skirt,and through your undies.
