1.women have a sac called uterus , this uterus further has two tubes on the both sides , called the fallopian tubes.
2. each of these tubes are connected to the ovaries, through which an ovum or the egg is released every 28 days (days vary fm women to women , depending on the cycle,26days or 27)
3. this ovum waits in the uterus (the sac)to get fertilized by the sperm (which enters the females body when in contact with a male), if the fertilization takes place(union of ovum and sperm )then the female gets pregnant , but if the fertilization does not happen (which mean no sperm at all),then it goes out of the body as a waste.
4.for men there is no FALLOPIAN TUBE, NO OVARIES, NO UTERUS.hence the result

I'm sorry, but this is really a silly question. Granted, you may not have had sex ed yet or are too young. Ask your parents (it should make for a really embarrasing Talk) or follow the other's link to Wikipedia. If you still don't feel better, go to a PlannedParenthood and let them tell you.

because only womany have wombs lined with blood that needs to be got rid of every now and then to keep if fresh and nice for any little eggs that get fertalised and want to move in for 9 months.

Although i do think men have a monthly 'cycle' as in they get grumpy(er) once a month.

How old are you? hasn't anyone had a birds and bees chat with you yet? Each month an egg matures and is ready to be fertilised and the lining of the womb thickens in preparation. If the egg is not fertilised during sex, the body jettisons the unfertilised egg and the lining by bleeding; if you don't bleed, it's because you're pregnant. Men don't bleed because they don't have babies!

Because god gave women that job and all the pain and discomfort including child birth so you men dont have anything else to whinge about. We all know how they behave when they have a common cold.

Women carry babies. Men don't. You need a basic course in biology and reproduction.

Some would refer back to Adam and Eve and say that women ate the apple and others would have a scientific explanation such as we have the reproductive organs with a cycle.

You must live somewhere that doesn't teach sexual education, or you're not old enough to be asking.

Men don't have periods because they are males. They don't ovulate (produce eggs, like us hens), they can't give birth, and they don't produce milk.

I've included a link...educate yourself.
