It depends on who you are. If your a people person. Hell yeah you need someone by your side. Doesn't technically mean you need a relationship to keep you happy, you just need to be around people. Now if you choose to be a widow and live alone. That's another story....
I, in my personal opinion choose to be better off NOT alone.

Sometimes I think I am a menace in a relationship. :P But I also don't do too well on my own. HAHA. Or do you mean just alone in general? Well I like to be with people, but I also like a lot of time alone. I am weird haha.
