The quality is charisma. People that are positive and happy within themselves exude a naturally attractive reaction an those around respond to this.

It is charisma as someone above says. However, there are techniques that can be worked on to improve the way in which we can make an entrance etc.
1. Make eye contact with as many people in the room as you can, while smiling at them.
2. Maintain a relaxed body and hold your head high.
3. Greet people you know and ask them how they are.

naturally a big smile makes people automatically like them on first images. then laughin at peoples jokes (not too over the top) and talkin about the person for example if you ask the other person lots of questions about themselves and listen to them (make it look liek you are not just lookin round the room) people like that and it makes them like you even if they didnt realise it.
your body language is the biggest communication you have so make sure your feet and body face the person you are speaking to and maintain eye contact (without staring too much)
but remember the most important thing is to have a huge (real) smile when you walk in; a real smile means the eyes are 'smiling' too, people can spot a fake one miles off, so think of sumthn funny or rreally good and it will make you smile and not seem nervous or fake.
also remember not to cross your arms or show defensive body language; always have your arms buy your sides not biting nails etc, make it seem like you are so pleased to be around those people and imagine that you want to be around all those people....pretend they are your best friends that you have known for years, care about them and smile lots. hold a drink or sumthn so it stops you crossin arms and feelin defensive.

Love.... They love the people and the places and stories that they hear and meet. They enter a room and noone feels any negativity from them, they talk to people and listen. They genuinely care about the people they encounter, therefore the room lights up with the joy this person has brought in to the room.

An aura of confidence and happiness. A person being happy can be seen in their body language and movements which rubs off on others.
