mine= when my kids get take away, i cant resist and eat anything, then i fall off the wagon

I quit doing diets years ago - coz they dont work (im being very honest with you)...

Don't look at it as a 'diet'..but think of it as a lifestyle change. This will include the what you eat, how you eat, and how active you are, how you look at food, why you eat excessively etc...

Instead of going on a 'diet' I reduce the fat content of some food but basically eat the same stuff - except half the normal portion and never go for 2nds. Trust me it works!!!

Mine? I'm 56 years old, I've already been cute, don't need to make that much effort anymore. In fact, I still look good, just not as good as 26. Besides, at my age, I'd rather be happy than cute.

I don't diet. Just eat right & excercise. I've been able to stay the same size that I was in high school this way.

i went on 1 diet in my whole life 2 yrs ago... after a week (& i lost 10 pounds), i got really bored with the tasteless food.

I've been on a diet all my life. Just so happens my diet includes eating everything.

Coworkers saying I don't eat anything when I do. VERY tired and needing to be awake so I eat something I know will have extra OOMPH in it, but that's bad to do....

A suggestion ...be accountable to someone . Don't walk this path alone. If you have someone who you can phone to discuss , compare , encourage you are much more likely to stick with it .

i dont diet, diets dont work. its a lifestyle change that you are willing and motivated enough to stick to.
