Remember this one important thing. When I use to diet and I slipped up, I would feel so guilty that I went off my diet. My dietician told me that even though you might eat something that you shouldn't have, guilt trips will make you leave your diet. You know you slipped and it's now time to get back to the diet. If you slip every 4th or 5th day, and get back to your diet. You are still going to loose weight.
