Junk yard would be your cheapest bet.
GM parts store would be the expensive choice

Your best bet is buy a complete fan assembly motor and all. If you loose any fan speeds you also will need a resistor too. Wheel is refereed to as squirrel cage...

Salvage yard you can get the whole assembly for about 25 dollars
