i am 13 and this is my first time trying tampons but i need them because i am swimming today ..what size should i use ? super thats what size my mom has or should i wait to get to my grandma's where she has light ones and medium ones?

If you're going swimming , you're gonna need extra prtection .... Use the super size ....

I would just use a regular size one because being your first time using tampons. The super may need to be in a little longer than the regular. If you have a heavy flow just change them more often. Good Luck!

The size of the tampon also depends on how big you are. I would start with a medium to make sure it fits comfortably. If youve never used one before it might be very uncomfortable and you might not like it at all. Just change your tampon more frequently until you find the right size for you. Did you ask your mom? She might not like it that you are using tampons.

sounds like you changed it to early. if you pull the string and it doesnt really move its not full leave it alone. if 8 hours max passes and its still not moving get it out and use a smaller size it means you dont need the super. talk to your mom and get her to buy you some slender tampons they are designed for a teenagers growing body. or try a regular tampon good luck and have fun

go for the light or the mediums. A super one would hurt because your so young. They also have tampons especially made for teens and you might want to try those.

Well, I'm 29 and the supers are way too big and they hurt. I use the regular. But some people use the supers. Try the super and see how it feels. If not, try granny's. Happy 4th!
