i didn't understand what u want to say but i guess u wanna use single internet for 4 computers at the same time by the helps of modem if so u can,but u need NIC (lan card) on each computer and if your modem is internal you can share it but if your modem is external you need 2 lan card in one computer and it doesn't matter your hub is 14 or 4 port now a days we use switch coz it is better that hub

Unless your ads+2 modem includes a router the answer is no. You have to have some way to issue "private" IP's for each machine you want to connect so that you can share the one public IP that is issued to the modem.

A router is the easiest way to do this.

Otherwise you will have to have a machine with two ethernet ports. You can then enable internet connection sharing and connect the Hub to that second ethernet port.

Trust me its easier and you get better results with a router so just get one.
