I enjoy playing role playing games (RPG for short), but I don't play it all the time since I know that I need to get outside and exercise now and then.

I use to play video games ALL the time, I would stay up late to play them, I would avoid anything that would stop me from playing games, I would even avoid eating.
If you want to get him to stop playing, it will take a while with my suggestion, but don't let him get any new games for a while, he will find his current games bore him, and will drop the controller on his own.

I don't but my friend does. One time I called him and he couldn't do anything cause he was playing play station

I find it weird when grown men play playstation or waste to much time doing "teenage boy" things.
