if you learn how to have a MALE ORGASM which most men have never had they think because they ejaculate they orgasm but that is far from the truth, The Male Orgasm is felt in the whole body.

The orgasm is centered around the genitals but moves throughout the entire body! At least it does for me!

orgasm is a mental thing. its caused by stimulation of the penis. but the 'sensation' can cause musles all over your body to contract, aswell as make nerves feel tingly.
personally, i feel orgasms mostly down there, and along my spine, i sometims feel a tingly sensation near my ears/temples aswell.
