The orgasm is centered around the genitals but moves throughout the entire body! At least it does for me!

orgasm is a mental thing. its caused by stimulation of the penis. but the 'sensation' can cause musles all over your body to contract, aswell as make nerves feel tingly.
personally, i feel orgasms mostly down there, and along my spine, i sometims feel a tingly sensation near my ears/temples aswell.
