No, a dickweed is a type of Vice President in the White House right now.
And as for smoking, you'd have to ask the president about that.

I personally wouldn't smoke it since it is in close proxcimity of the ahole weed.. i cheated and copied and past this but here is info on dickweed. which by the way is along the lines of yidiotcy
A weed that grows when the wind blows. Usually grown in the southern states, it has been known to grow well north of New Jersey. Dick weed spreads very easily from area to area, and can grow to huge sizes. It is best not to plant Dick Weed to close to Pussy Willows, otherwise you may get a crop of cumquats.

It's in the same Family as the PussyWillow but you can't smoke them. You don't want them to spread all over your yard either.They are heck to get rid of.

No. It is an invasive variety found in pussy willow patches. But yes it can be smoked, usually by highway patrolman.

I don't believe they can be smoked... rather chewed like tobacco. The reason I say this is because around here the term is 'dickWAD'.
