My morning cigarette and coffee always took care of that. It took awhile to get back on track after I quit smoking though. I actually saw on "House" once where some guy was constipated and Dr. House told him to smoke one cigarette a day.

Yeah, I feel so bloated...didn't pooped for about 5 days...
feel like my fart is worst among all farts...lol
Well, I just took "Ercefuryl"...that's a drug.
And avoid oily foods and meat for 24 hours, as prescribed by our university's doctor.

Eat dried fruit, especially apricots and apples (I don't like prunes and these work just as well, if not better) and drink water and fruit juices.
Also fresh pineapple works.

Never, but I know it's because your lacking fiber. Eat fiber rich cereal and make sure you get plenty of fiber in your food.
