The 2002 1.9dti renault engine has 80bhp.

Not sure about BHP but try these poeple for a engine remap Diesel Tuning UK they do have a website but I can't remember the address sorry.
I have driven a Vauxhall Astra 1.9 CDTI that they'd remapped took it from 150BHP (Standard) to 190BHP.

I believe they are around the 98 bhp mark and there are several tuning companies on the web who can up the power for you.

The 1.9dTi was 95bhp
The earlier 1.9dT was 93bhp.
The later 1.9dCi was 105bhp.
