Since this is just a hypothetical question, I just give you a hypo answer myself. You could accept it why not it is given to you for free. But...there is always a but...and if...but the receiving bank obviously, you will receive the million via your bank account, but the bank can inform the proper authority regarding this said million coming from, of all the places, Iraq to you. Here comes the FBI for proper verification and question regarding your million. If they found out this is from illegal source, you will not only get to jail but your million would be freeze by the bank indefinitely, maybe for years. Nobody could touch it, even if they have clear you of any anomaly regarding the account. Ah ...there is still one thing, they even sending gold? gold? None of these would fall in your hands. Pity isn't it.

If you want to keep the money that you have in your own bank account then just delete the email or how ever else they have offered it to you.... Anyone offering some stranger on the net that much money is up to no good.

BIG TIME SCAMMING GOING ON.

It's a scam. Nobody wants to send you anything. They want you to provide them with your bank information so they can go in and take out your money.
Never ever give out your personal information on-line.
Banks and credit card companies will never ask you to verify anything on-line.
Do a web search on "Internet Fraud" and "Phishing".
