If I download a video file to my computer then transfer it to a removable memory stick. What file code can my phone understand?

The LG VX9400 is integrated with Verizon Wireless' VCAST service for Mobile TV, Video, and Music to watch TV on the go, catch the latest music videos, and listen to and download songs. This phone doesn't support downloaded video files rather it uses Vcast streaming audio and videos.
