i dont have much nitendo DS games and was wondering if you know any good ones..

Trace Memory and the phoneix wright games I would recommend. I'd also recommend checking out Brain age, its fun and addictive, animal crossing wild world, Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, and the castlevania games are all great.
Other Recommendations:
+Final Fantasy III
+Mario Kart (DS)
+New Super Mario bros.
+Any GBA games you have will play on the DS, so check some out.

Get used DS games or buy them off friends for that "friend discount". For both the Pink DS and the games, check eBay or Craig's list for some deals. Main thing to do is shop around. I can't think of a good game with a good price, but I know some good games to get are Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, Castlevania, Advance Wars, Nintendogs (if you like never-aging puppies), and Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. If those are your cup of tea, you can always look at magazines or online reviews on DS games and what not.

Trauma center under the knife, Sims 2, wario ware touched, new super mario bros any other mario game, nintendogs, zelda phantom hourglass (not yet out but know it's gonna be great!
