Since her integrity has been compromised by her actions, I would guess a demand for a retrial well be granted in many of the cases that she was the "expert witness," and who knows how many tax dollars that will cost. Many years ago, when my children were young, police stations in my area came up with a program to take DNA from your children, and keep them "inaccessible" except in the event your child was a victim of a crime. Thinking ahead as to how that DNA could be used later to deny my children insurance, or whatever the government deemed right, I declined and watched over my children like the eagle for which I am named. Later, a home kit was offered that never left the possession of the parent, and gave instructions on fingerprinting, swabbing, and even nail clipping, and plucking hairs with the follicle intact. I still have these in my possession. My thought is after 9/11, these kits could be used to identify my children in the event of a national disaster, or as they all are on planes frequently, a crash that is an accident. That is the only circumstance under which I would release the samples to authorities. This woman should have hired a private investigator, or better yet, left a man in which she had so little trust.

I think that he deliberately put that female DNA in his underwear to test her trust in him. She is the one who failed.
