Actually, I would need a little longer. I want something I've missed—a whole day of amusement with just my Son & my Daughter. But I want The Whole Day! Then I want time with my son, who's in Iraq. I long to know him again.
Then, I would spend my last moments with family… perhaps even help them reunite. I would write friends, especially those who have drifted away, letting them know it's alright. I love them anyway! These things done, I could die happy.
I think I could squeeze out three days, rather than one… after all, my boss told me of a guy who went to the doctor and was told he only had a month to live. He told the doctor, “Why, I could never pay you off in that time!” so the doctor gave him a few more months.

Organize a huge party with all my known friends and everyone else that wants to join on a yacht in South France, Italy and Monaco so you are all invited......but why shall we wait till then, lets party now like is no tomorrow.
Life is great make the most every day.

Be really nervous-wonder if I'm really gonna die & how.-If I knew it was true, & the time, I'd go out, party, & then come home & sleep so I don't feel any pain if I die in pain-(oh god, I could die today!) I have to tell my family I love them...

Oh..you mean between NOW and THEN. Make sure I tell my family and friends I love them, and make sure someone will take in the dogs.
